One other huge win means one other huge rise within the rankings for the Raiders. They noticed a seven-point rise after their Week 2 win over the Chargers. However folks nonetheless appeared fairly skeptical. Then Week 3 introduced a win in New Orleans over a troublesome Saints staff to place the Raiders amongst simply 5 remaining undefeated groups within the league. Now they appear to have gotten folks's consideration.

You might not be prepared to completely make investments, however Sunday's win at New Orleans confirmed they're no fluke − and beating the Chiefs in Week 4 would stamp the Silver and Black as completely legit. Tied for the league lead with 9 TD passes, regardless of not having a large receiver who averages even 4 recpetions per week, QB Kirk Cousins deserves to be talked about in (very) untimely MVP conversations.

Kirk Cousins is tied for the league lead in landing passes with 9, and Las Vegas is unbeaten. What’s to not love? The schedule, for starters. After enjoying three groups with a mixed one win, the Raiders have the Chiefs, Patriots, s and s up subsequent. Cousins is 38, in Yr 15 of his profession and is aware of he was signed as a placeholder for No. 1 choose Fernando Mendoza. If Cousins or his staff falls off this tempo, followers will begin clamoring for the brand new man.

Certain, I may be overreacting to the Raiders’ sizzling begin, however how can I move on the uncommon alternative to push the Silver and Black into the highest 10? Klint Kubiak has impressed this beforehand downtrodden franchise, and Las Vegas is enjoying a wildly entertaining model of soccer constructed on contributions from each established (Kirk Cousins, Brock Bowers) and unknown gamers (fifth-round rookie Hezekiah Lots has three interceptions this season!).

Jeanty acquired off to a robust begin, recording 32.7 fantasy factors in a Week 1 win over the Dolphins. However he has been inconsistent since then, averaging fewer than 3 yards per carry and 11.3 fantasy factors previously two video games. Jeanty was anticipated to make a big bounce in Yr 2 below new coach Klint Kubiak. His manufacturing ought to choose up if he will get extra alternatives within the passing recreation, although Brock Bowers simply returned for the Raiders from a meniscus trim.

The Raiders are getting their Mariah Carey second on this week’s energy rankings. Yearly, Carey peaks on the Billboard charts and we have a good time her arrival and perceive her departure with out judgement. Las Vegas has earned its second right here after a 3rd shape-shifting victory, this time over the Saints. Brock Bowers is probably the most imposing receiver we’ve seen since peak A.J. Brown.
Garrett Podell, s — 9
The s are 3-0, and quarterback Kirk Cousins is a giant cause why. He's thrown three touchdowns in all three video games, and he had his first interception-less outing in Las Vegas' 35-27 highway win on the s in Week 3. Cousins and Tom Brady (2015 and 2021) are the one gamers age 38 or older with nine-plus passing touchdowns within the first three video games of a season.
