One of the great legends in the history of tennis, Novak Djokovicis already in the United States to compete on the American hard court tour and took advantage of one of the previous events to talk about his retirement and issue a deep reflection. “For me it is fantastic to listen to the legends of the past, to see how much they respect this sport and how they face the post-career stage. And well, I still feel that I can compete at the highest level and the results prove it. I can still stay a little active from time to time but the moment is approaching, there is no doubt it is closer than ever. Adnré Agassi, is one of the great legends, said in my documentary: “I don’t know when the end will come for Novak, but I am completely sure that when it comes, it will come very quickly.” and I think he’s right and I think about it a lot. I’ve had those thoughts too and I don’t think there is a perfect way to retire.”
