PHOENIX (AP) — Arizona Diamondbacks second baseman Ketel Marte can be transferred to the 10-day injured record from the restricted record, three days after he failed to point out up for a recreation in Boston.
Basic supervisor Mike Hazen confirmed Thursday that Marte is headed to the injured record and can return as soon as he is wholesome, which The Arizona Republic and MLB.com first reported.
