J.on Rahm and the DP World Tour have reached an agreement that will allow the Spanish golfer compete on the European Tour this season and not be penalized for playing LIV Golf events. The agreement is similar to the one that eight other LIV players signed in February, including Tyrrell Hatton, in exchange for authorization to participate without penalty in LIV events in 2026. To date, he had agreed to pay the fines, but was not satisfied with the obligation to play two extra tournaments – in addition to the four stipulated to maintain membership – which, furthermore, could not be chosen.
