Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell stated in a press convention on Sunday that veteran quarterback Teddy Bridgewater let the franchise know he can be stepping away from the crew.
Bridgwater had been in coaching camp with the Lions because the presumed backup to Jared Goff. With Detroit’s solely different quarterback at camp being Luke Altmyer, the crew is predicted to usher in extra quarterbacks for exercises with the hope of a quarterback battle to find out Goff’s backup for the upcoming season.
