Lione Scaloni made public this Thursday the Argentine team’s squad list for the next World Cup in the United States, Mexico and Canada that will begin in just a couple of weeks. In this list of names, the absence of the Madrid player Mastantuono and the inclusion of other names such as Nico Paz or Lo Celso stands out.
The large contribution of Atlético de Madrid stands out with up to six players in a squad where Scaloni has continued to trust in the backbone that allowed him to win the last World Cup in Qatar.
The albiceleste will debut in the early hours of June 16 to 17 at 3 in the morning (Spanish time) against Algeria. Their rival on the second day will be Austria in a match that will be played on June 22 at 7 p.m. and will close the group stage against Jordan early in the morning from June 27 to 28 at 4 in the morning.
