An unexpected fight… but one that will give a lot to talk about. For the second time, a Spanish fighter will be ‘main event’ of PFL Africa. After Costello van Steenis won his middleweight crown in South Africa last summer, it will be Ignacio Campos (7-2) that the trip to Lagos, Nigeria, to face Wasi “The Nigerian Jaguar” Adeshina (10-3) on June 13.
The Black Panther fighter from Madrid will face one of the toughest fights of his career, but he shows once again that he is willing to do anything. He already went to the Middle East to face the undefeated Ibragim Ibragimov… and now he will travel to Adeshinha’s house to try to cause a surprise.
Nacho remains in PFL after his victory last March against Mathys Duragrin in PFL Madrid, when he opened the historic card at the Vistalegre Palace with a unanimous decision victory.
It will be an event to remember: the first time of PFL (the second best MMA league in the world) in Nigeria, at the Eko Convention Center in Lagos, on Saturday, June 13, 2026. The event will be the biggest MMA evening in West African history.
