Large receiver n didn't catch a single move in a n over Arkansas for l on Oct. 10. However he could have made the most important play of the sport, in line with UT coach Josh Heupel.
When quarterback d in Arkansas territory with seconds to go till halftime, Jackson chased down Arkansas defensive lineman Qunicy Rhodes Jr. as he returned the ball 58 yards in the direction of the top zone. Jackson's deal with prevented the Razorbacks from scoring.
“Big play. Big play," Heupel stated postgame. "Adjustments the sport. Might change your season."

If Jackson hadn't hustled to trace down Rhodes, his scoop and rating may have dramatically swung the result of a detailed sport that UT needed to win within the closing minutes. And an upset loss to an SEC bottom-feeder like Arkansas (2-4, 0-3), may have derailed what continues to be a promising season for the Vols.

"Simply persevering with to compete," Heupel stated. "Get a man down and it’s a three-point play or a seven-point play that finally ends up negating all of it and it’s a straight wash strolling in at halftime.”
The teaching workers emphasizes these performs within the offseason, Heupel stated. They put together offensive gamers for moments whereby they will make game-changing performs exterior of their regular obligations. And people additional particulars paid off in opposition to the Razorbacks.
"It’s truly one thing that we, by our expertise, have proven to our gamers," Heupel stated. "That’s why our offensive guys are going to be concerned in tackling through the season and a few level through the offseason. Only a big-time play."
