After initially accepting the Large Ten’s clarification for a way one second was added again to the clock for the Wolverines to throw a Hail Mary of their 13-12 win over the Broncos, the Mid-American Convention issued an announcement Tuesday saying that replay protocols had been truly not adopted and Western Michigan ought to have received the sport.
