The debate about who is the best coach in the history of the Spanish team was the protagonist of a new edition of El Marcador, the space directed by Marcos González. Luis Aragonés, Vicente del Bosque and Luis de la Fuente were the three names that focused the conversation, in which the panelists analyzed the merits and legacy of each of them.
The talk began by reviewing the successes of Luis de la Fuente, who has returned Spain to the top of international football after conquering the Nations League, the Euro Cup and the World Cup. However, the collaborators agreed that the record is not the only criterion to evaluate the figure of a coach.
Nacho defended the candidacy of Luis Aragonés considering that it was the great driver of change in the Spanish team. In his opinion, the Madrid coach transformed the mentality of a team accustomed to disappointments and led them to the conquest of the title.
