The Julián Alvarez case is already fed up in the Metropolitan. So much so that, in view of all the noise that has been generated around their future, they have not hesitated to send a strong message, especially to Barcelona. “Julián is not for sale”they insist.
In fact, Atlético confirms that, as MARCA reported this Thursday, there has been no type of formal or informal contact with the Camp Nou club. “There has been no offer for our player nor any meeting”they assure.
In this sense, within the red-and-white club they no longer hide their fatigue despite the fact that the market is still beginning. “We are tired of months of lies, half-truths, harassment of our players in mixed zones and absurd questions that are part of a pre-established campaign”they say.
An ‘unviable’ operation
Beyond the interested information, Atlético is clear that their footballer is not responsible for the fact that they talk about his future every day. “These are representative things, Julián has had exquisite behavior at all times, he has given his all on the pitch and has shown maximum professionalism at all times. We know that all this noise has not been caused by him, he has always behaved perfectly”they add.
Likewise, at the Metropolitano they maintain confidence that Julián will continue wearing red and white, understanding that it is practically impossible for the big clubs to steal their biggest stars from each other when there is no interest in selling on the part of one of them.
